4. Enquiries and engagements

Submitting a contact form does not create an advisory engagement. Engagements begin only after written scope acceptance and any required deposit. Advisory terms for paid work are set out in individual engagement letters, which prevail over these Terms where they differ.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, layout, graphics, logos — is owned by Redwood Hub Advisory or used under licence. Advisory deliverables are governed by engagement letters. Website content may not be copied except for personal reference or with our written consent.

6. Information accuracy

We aim to keep service descriptions and rates current. Published rates are guidance; final fees are quoted in writing. We do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free at every moment.

The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude liability for loss arising from:
