How we price advisory work
We quote fixed fees for defined engagements rather than open-ended hourly billing. That lets you budget before we start and keeps our focus on deliverables, not clock time.
Hourly advisory is available for short clarifications after an engagement ends: $285 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, capped at four hours unless extended by agreement.

What affects the final quote
Job count and complexity. A builder running twelve concurrent townhouse lots needs more document review than a single custom home.
Travel. Brisbane metro is included. Regional Queensland and interstate visits are quoted with travel days and accommodation where required.
Urgency. Engagements requiring turnaround inside two weeks attract a scheduling premium of 15–25%, depending on adviser availability.
Multi-business groups. Holding companies with separate licences or divisions are scoped individually.
Deposits and payment
- Engagements above $5,000: 40% deposit on acceptance, balance on delivery
- Engagements under $5,000: full payment on acceptance
- Payment by bank transfer; we do not process card payments on this site
